MITEC Automotive AG is based in Eisenach, has around 800 employees and maintains production sites in Germany, China and the USA. It is one of the world's leading companies operating in the field of automobile propulsion technology.

The main focus of our work lies on the reduction of noise emissions and vibrations, as well as enhancing efficiency within the powertrain. This mainly involves the development and production of engine and transmission components. Our products in the engine field include balancer systems, along with adjustable oil pumps and camshaft timing devices. In the transmission and 4-wheel drive domain, our gear wheels and bevel gear sets are deployed. Through the systematic implementation of the latest production technology and the application of innovative approaches to improve quality performance, MITEC is able to meet customer requirements at the highest level.

Since our foundation in 1991, our owner-managed, medium-sized company has grown into a reliable development and production partner for many noted manufacturers in the automotive industry. In addition, we also address the key future trends within the automotive sector such as downsizing, hybridization, and the reduction of fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions.
